Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior/Mid-level Scrum Master for its Intel Sector, Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA). The role applies SAFe at scale to a large, complex program, fostering high-performing teams and continuous improvement.

You will coach teams, remove impediments, and drive alignment across ARTs with Product Owners and System Engineers. The position demands deep Agile expertise, strong facilitation skills, and a track record of delivering value in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Min 5 years as Scrum Master on software/technical teams.
• CSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Strong experience with agile PM tools: Jira, VersionOne, Rallye, IBM RTC.
• Experience on large, fast-paced programs with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate self-organizing teams to meet PI commitments.
• Protect the team from scope creep during PI execution.
• Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers.
• Coach, support, and enforce Scrum and related process rules.
• Ensure clear Definition of Done and experience with metrics.
• Lead SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, Sprint Planning/Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and prioritize features.
• Develop User Stories with System Engineers to meet acceptance criteria.
