Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior SAFe Coach/Advanced SAFe Practice Consultant (ASPC) to sustain a large-scale, multi-ART software program in the United States. You will synchronize three ARTs, drive PI Planning, and coach leaders and teams to apply SAFe principles across the program.

You will deliver SAFe training, enable certification readiness, mentor stakeholders, and advance DevSecOps integration to reduce technical debt. TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Must have or had a SAFe Program Consultant Certificate (SPC) or Advanced SAFe Program Consultant Certificate (ASPC).
• ASPC certification required within 3 months of start date.
• At least 3 years in multi‑ART / Solution Train environments.
• Recent SAFe training experience and certification enablement.
• Experience with large, complex systems (software + hardware).
• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate three ARTs and synchronize inter-train dependencies while applying SAFe consistently across the program.
• Lead PI Planning events across multiple ARTs; align Vision, Backlogs, Dependencies, and Objectives.
• Execute large-scale PI Planning to align teams toward a unified vision and PI goals.
• Deliver SAFe training (Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, PO/PM) and support certification readiness.
• Mentor stakeholders on mapping SAFe milestones to program requirements.
• Guide DevSecOps integration into sustainment workflows to reduce technical debt.
• Lead Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to drive organizational maturity and continuous improvement.
• Implement SAFe flow metrics (Flow Velocity, Flow Time, Predictability, Quality).
