Ascend Learning, LLC is seeking a Senior Solutions Executive to drive new business growth across mid-market and enterprise organizations, focusing on Learning Management & Safety Content cloud-based solutions, compliance, safety management, and workforce training.

This remote-friendly role offers a base pay range and incentives. You will own the full sales cycle, build outbound pipeline, shepherd complex deals, and engage diverse stakeholders across EHS, HR, and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven track record in full-cycle SaaS sales from prospecting to close.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Manage inbound opportunities while generating outbound pipeline.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations on compliance, safety, workforce training.
• Deliver tailored SaaS demonstrations and value-based presentations.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles across EHS, HR, Operations, Compliance, and leadership.
• Develop ROI-driven business cases and negotiate SaaS agreements.
