Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven success managing full-cycle SaaS sales opportunities from prospecting through close.
• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Manage inbound opportunities while generating outbound pipeline within strategic accounts and verticals.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations focused on compliance, safety, workforce training, and operational challenges.
• Deliver tailored SaaS demonstrations and value-based presentations.
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across EHS, HR, Operations, Compliance, and executive teams.
• Develop ROI-driven business cases and negotiate SaaS agreements.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account activity within Salesforce.
