Ascend Learning is seeking a Senior Solutions Executive to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver SaaS demos, and engage with multiple stakeholders from EHS to HR.

This role offers remote work within the United States, with a focus on building outbound pipeline and delivering value-based presentations while navigating complex deal cycles. A strong background in MEDDIC/Challenger methods is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, demo, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
• Manage inbound opportunities and outbound pipeline in strategic accounts.
• Conduct consultative discovery focused on compliance, safety, workforce training and operations.
