Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist - SaaS to support onboarding processes for partners and tenants through our SaaS Operating model. You will manage relationships with host partners, facilitate client migrations, and collaborate to ensure successful implementations.

The ideal candidate is curious, flexible, and eager to grow with a fast‑paced company as we expand our SaaS customer base. Remote-friendly with some in-office expectations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client service or relationship management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with institutional advisors or managers is a plus.
• Strong relationship and communication skills for internal and external clients.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Problem solving and collaborative teamwork abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and organized with high professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer onboarding and implementation for SMB and Mid‑Market clients.
• Manage bulk HSA and Notional migrations for employers.
• Collaborate on partner implementation projects to ensure success.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners and employers.
• Identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts to prevent churn.
• Represent the voice of the customer for product feedback.
