Job summary

Partnerize is seeking a Customer Onboarding Senior Specialist to guide new clients through platform setup, training, and best practices, ensuring they realize value quickly and can scale their partnerships.

You will lead onboarding meetings, coordinate across teams (customer success, technical onboarding), and mentor junior staff while safeguarding SLAs, with Salesforce reporting and client communications as daily duties to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client or customer support
• Experience in project management
• Ability to translate technical information for a non-technical audience

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings with new customers
• Manage non-technical onboarding processes across teams
• Maintain Salesforce reports and highlight risks
• Coordinate partner migrations and training sessions
• Create training materials and internal/external docs
• Mentor junior team members and ensure SLAs
