Job summary

impact.com is seeking an Integration Engineer to guide clients through configuration, onboarding, and launch of their accounts. You will own the client relationship during onboarding, answer questions, participate in calls, and lead training on platform adoption.

Working with Solutions Architects and Success teams, you will learn impact.com's technology and propose technical solutions, document integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth handoff to Success/Account Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths or related discipline.
• 5+ years in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company.
• Experience in Integration Support, Sales Engineering, Software Development or related role, preferably customer-facing.
• Familiarity with affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with impact.com’s platform capabilities, product enhancements, and industry trends.
• Manage a portfolio of new accounts, including onboarding and ensuring metrics are accurate.
• Ensure all stakeholders are included in discussions to agree and confirm setup items.
• Drive projects forward and triage blockers to keep timelines on track.
• Support the design and integration of technical solutions for new and existing clients.
• Lead technical discovery and discussions to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of technical integration documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during client onboarding.
• Capture and document critical client information for a smooth transition to Success/Account Management.
