impact.com is the leading commerce partnership marketing platform. We’re hiring a Software Engineer for the Onboarding squad to own backend features, build scalable services, and API endpoints for partners.

You’ll work in an Agile/Scrum team and contribute across the full product lifecycle while learning new technologies. You will contribute to cloud-based backend services, collaborate with frontend changes, and drive quality code for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Spring Framework.
• Experience with ORM Frameworks, preferred.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• 3+ years professional experience using Java and MySQL.
• Experience building on cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Creative, enthusiastic and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services on the cloud powering UIs.
• Assist frontend changes to the UI.
• Create APIs for partners and advertisers.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle including ideation, prioritization, coding & testing.
• Learn new technologies.
