Job summary

Kustomer is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to lead onboarding and implementation of our CX platform for new customers in the United States. You will guide setup, configuration, and optimization to ensure high user adoption and long-term success.

You will act as a subject matter expert on Kustomer, covering API integrations, automation, and omnichannel capabilities, partnering with Sales and Customer Success for seamless transitions and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional consulting or customer-facing SaaS roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and configuration sessions to maximize value of the platform.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer implementations, delivering on time and within scope.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Kustomer platform, including API integrations and omnichannel capabilities.
• Collaborate with customer tech and support teams to integrate Kustomer with internal systems and external apps.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success for smooth handoffs from presales to post-sales.
• Facilitate workshops and training onsite or remotely to drive adoption and efficiency.
• Identify and troubleshoot platform issues with Product and Engineering teams.
• Build trust with customers and document best practices and success stories.
