Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Project Manager II to plan, execute, monitor, and close customer implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments and adoption.

You will be the main point of contact for customers, manage timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and communicate progress through reports and executive reviews. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with SaaS implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading customer implementations.
• Experience with SaaS, technology, or healthcare implementations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple customer implementation projects from initiation to deployment.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and track plans, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Act as primary contact for customers and executive sponsors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Provide regular status updates and executive summaries.
