Job summary

Seismic, headquartered in San Diego with global offices, seeks a Project Manager to oversee enterprise SaaS implementations. You will partner with executive sponsors to drive project success, manage complex engagements, and ensure client value across multiple time zones.

You will lead meetings, craft detailed plans, monitor budgets and milestones, and proactively mitigate risks while building strong client relationships and guiding teams toward outcomes that accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in professional services or related client-facing roles.
• Experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations with waterfall and agile.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple engagements.
• Willingness to travel up to 5–10% for onsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Execute implementation projects with executive sponsors, aligning with objectives and best practices.
• Drive customer engagement for new and existing customers, prescribing tailored recommendations.
• Deliver high-impact engagements, lead meetings, and ensure client satisfaction with services.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Track engagement scopes, manage scope changes, and issue change orders when needed.
• Create weekly status reports and communications for stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and mitigate to ensure project success.
• Build positive relationships with customer stakeholders and foster trust.
• Coach team members across time zones to enhance collaboration.
• Contribute to establishing practices, templates, and partnerships to mature capabilities.
• Partner with sales to scope and estimate opportunities and drive growth.
