AssistRx, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager to serve as the primary client-facing partner during client programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute scope and milestones.

You will manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and readiness activities, ensuring alignment across Product, Portfolio Management, and Delivery teams. This role requires strong communication, bold stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with SaaS and enterprise software implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MIS/CS or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years managing complex software projects with client-facing components.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, hub operations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Effectively manage client communications, expectations, and implementation activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, risks, and readiness activities.
• Own implementation planning and execution, coordinating activities, managing dependencies, tracking milestones, and delivering outcomes.
• Partner with Learning & Development to establish training plans and monitor readiness for client adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, QA, Release Management, Training, and Delivery for successful implementations.
• Communicate client feedback and implementation insights to product teams and stakeholders.
• Present status, risks, and milestones to leadership and executives as required.
• Ensure documentation is complete and aligned with client requirements and product capabilities.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and changes through governance processes.
• Develop and maintain implementation timelines; monitor progress to milestones.
• Facilitate launch readiness activities and post-launch stabilization efforts.
