RXinsider LTD. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise customer implementations across our software and services portfolio.

You will manage cross-functional initiatives, provide executive-level communication, and drive adoption while meeting timelines and objectives. You will coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Training, Product, Engineering, Billing, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and governance throughout the project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Pharmacy or healthcare domain experience preferred.
• PM certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as primary project contact for executive stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments.
• Monitor health of projects using KPIs and forecast risks.
