Job summary
RXinsider LTD. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise customer implementations across our software and services portfolio.
You will manage cross-functional initiatives, provide executive-level communication, and drive adoption while meeting timelines and objectives. You will coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Training, Product, Engineering, Billing, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and governance throughout the project
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience leading enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders.
- Pharmacy or healthcare domain experience preferred.
- PM certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.
- Serve as primary project contact for executive stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments.
- Monitor health of projects using KPIs and forecast risks.
