You will serve as the primary project leader for high-value customers, coordinating cross-functional teams and steering committees to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery and successful adoption. You will develop implementation strategies, manage risks, and communicate with executives, collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Client Success, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software or healthcare environments.
• Experience leading large cross-functional implementations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise customers, from kickoff to go-live and transition to Customer Success.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Sales, Client Success, Support, Training, Product, Engineering, Billing, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, risk assessments, and status updates throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and scope changes while maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
