Job summary

Built’s Implementations team delivers platform experiences that determine whether lenders adopt Built as their operational backbone. As an Implementation Consultant II, you will manage a strategic portfolio of complex client implementations with growing independence—owning end-to-end delivery for enterprise-scale lending clients and contributing to how the broader team operates.

This role supports owners, developers, and General Contractors and benefits from a construction-context background

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, enterprise project delivery, preferably in construction technology or fintech.
• Proven ability to deliver concurrent client implementations on time with measurable outcomes.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations for owner, developer, and general contractor clients with autonomy and accountability.
• Conduct discovery and planning sessions translating goals into implementation roadmaps.
• Manage escalations and navigate client dynamics to resolve high-impact issues.
• Identify process improvements and document repeatable solutions for the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Track implementation metrics and share insights with leadership.
