Job summary

PSC Biotech is seeking a Project Implementation Manager III for PSC Software implementations. You will lead client deployments from planning through go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

The role is a full-time, remote, 12-18 month contract with East Coast-based candidates; travel to client sites is required. Prior SaaS implementation and strong client communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, life sciences, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in SaaS implementation, client services, project management, or related field.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent client projects with scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience leading client meetings and delivering training.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to ongoing support.
• Serve as primary client contact; establish expectations and provide status updates.
• Build and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
• Coordinate implementation engineers, validation specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Gather requirements; support scoping and estimation; ensure client approvals.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, resources, and project health; escalate risks with corrective options.
• Ensure work aligns with SOW, commitments, and procedures.
• Prepare and deliver implementation and validation documentation as needed.
• Facilitate workflow/configuration activities and project closeout.
• Travel as needed to client sites.
