Job summary

Elsevier is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the Customer Success team, focusing on delivering product implementations, training, and adoption programs for healthcare SaaS solutions.

You will drive high-visibility projects across Clinical Reference, Decision Support, Patient Engagement, and Clinical Workflow products, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful realization of goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, customer engagement/service, or consulting support in healthcare and/or SaaS.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Strong project management skills across cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Elsevier's products for customer accounts from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
• Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines across concurrent, high-visibility implementations.
• Serve as a SME, understanding product functionality, access methods, integration requirements, and troubleshooting complex challenges.
• Provide virtual and on-site training and consultative support to maximize adoption and value.
