Job summary

Elsevier’s Customer Success team seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end product implementations, deliver training, and support adoption across healthcare SaaS offerings.

You will coordinate multi-stakeholder projects, align timelines, and communicate status and risks to executives while ensuring high customer satisfaction and measurable value. Travel up to 20% to client sites empowers strong relationships and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation or related roles, healthcare or SaaS preferred.
• Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Strong PM skills across cross-functional initiatives.
• Navigate ambiguity in a matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Elsevier's products for customer accounts.
• Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines across multiple implementations.
• Serve as SME on product functionality, access methods, and workflows.
• Provide training and consultative support to maximize adoption and value.
• Champion customer satisfaction through transparent, authentic communication.
• Proactively manage client expectations and communicate risks and resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and SMEs to scope requirements and improve delivery.
