Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding of new customers, coordinating across sales, product, and support teams. You’ll tailor SaaS configurations, manage project plans, and drive adoption with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, CS, IS).
• 5+ years in a client-facing implementation role in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client and internal teams.
• Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly and address challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfort with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding as the primary contact and gather business requirements.
• Manage project activities within implementation scope with clear communications and risk assessment.
• Configure products to meet client requirements using out-of-box functionality where possible.
• Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and support for smooth transition from sales to adoption.
• Develop and deliver training and documentation to support client adoption.
• Identify and address implementation challenges and escalate as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
