Euna Solutions seeks a Sr Implementation Manager to lead complex client deployments in the payments space, owning onboarding from kickoff to go-live and coordinating with sales, product, and support to ensure adoption.

You will mentor teammates, manage timelines and risks, and drive clear communication with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, GA with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading client implementations or projects in payments, govtech, or SaaS professional services.
• Track record of managing several complex, concurrent projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to be the primary client contact and drive schedule/risk conversations without deep technical involvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship and overall project health from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage timelines, health ratings, budgets, and status reporting.
• Lead weekly client status calls with action items and follow-ups.
