Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical SaaS role focused on onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales for strategic clients.
• Own the technical implementation and optimization of high-impact client projects; customize solutions to business needs.
• Mentor and coach junior client success engineers and drive scalable enablement content.
