Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Specialist Field Engineer, SaaS to help customers maximize the CoreWeave platform and to assist our field teams with selling and delivering it. You will lead workshops, build reference architectures, and create reusable accelerators that make complex integrations easier for customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, delivering hands-on guidance and demos while shaping best practices and post-sale planning for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role
• Comfortable in Python and reading/writing code with customers
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments
• Strong communicator capable of explaining technical ideas to engineers and executives
• Able to break down complex problems and coordinate with customers

Responsibilities

• Teach field teams through feature walkthroughs, playbooks, and demos
• Lead hands-on workshops and architecture reviews for customers
• Build reusable accelerators like reference architectures and demo environments
• Engage in high-priority customer engagements to unblock deals
• Contribute to product through examples, integrations, and internal tools
• Help design, test, and troubleshoot integrations with the SaaS platform
