Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Specialist Field Engineer to lead the Physical AI field within robotics. You will define how we engage robotics customers, set technical standards, and lead complex engagements from scoping to embedded deployment and expansion.

You will work across CoreWeave’s AI platform to design and deploy customer-facing applications, build at the product edge, and translate field observations into actionable signals for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of robotics systems development, robot learning, or AI/ML for physical autonomous systems.
• Deep understanding of physical system dynamics and real-world robot constraints.
• Hands-on ML capability: build, validate, and deploy ML solutions in Python.

Responsibilities

• Define engagement models with robotics customers and lead complex technical engagements from scope through deployment.
• Design and deploy customer-facing applications using CoreWeave’s product stack for robotics use cases.
• Contribute to knowledge frameworks and translate field signals into product requirements.
