Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Specialist Field Engineer to lead technical engagements with customers, establish Kubernetes-secure workloads, and drive PoCs across complex cloud environments. You will collaborate across data centers, hardware, and customer workloads to optimize AI-scale workloads.

You will join a team shaping product strategy, contribute to security tooling discussions, and travel to conferences as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in cloud infrastructure roles focusing on distributed systems or HPC.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiar with NVIDIA GPUs used in AI/ML and related networking.
• Deep understanding of administering Kubernetes clusters including RBAC and admission controllers.
• Experience describing security concepts and tooling in Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, ensuring success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure offerings, focusing on securing Kubernetes workloads.
• Collaborate with customers to design, prototype, and deploy tailored Kubernetes-based solutions.
• Lead PoC initiatives to demonstrate value in customer environments.
• Drive technical leadership during customer meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Act as a virtual member of CoreWeave's Security product and engineering teams, suggesting enhancements.
• Provide insights on product features, functionality, and performance to inform strategy.
• Conduct periodic reviews to optimize customer workloads and suggest solutions.
• Stay informed on Kubernetes, cloud trends, and share with stakeholders.
• Lead prototyping and R&D for emerging products; deliver prototypes and insights.
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences and events with travel as needed.
