The Physical AI Field Engineering team seeks a Staff Specialist Field Engineer to establish and lead the autonomous vehicle vertical, defining engagement standards and leading complex deployments from first contact to embedded deployment.

You will work across CoreWeave’s AI stack to design and deploy customer-facing solutions, gathering field signals to inform product development and driving expansion across strategic

Qualifications

• 8+ years in autonomous vehicle systems development or AI/ML for L4-5.
• In-depth familiarity with AV sensor modalities (camera, LiDAR, radar).
• Hands-on ML capability: build, validate, deploy ML solutions in Python.
• Experience leading complex technical customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define engagement strategy with autonomous vehicle customers and lead engagements.
• Design and deploy ML solutions across CoreWeave’s AI platform.
• Gather signals from deployments to inform product development and roadmaps.
