The Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with customer AI teams to architect and productionize AI agents using the W&B Weave toolkit, while shaping best practices for agentic workflows.
You will work hands-on in fast-paced environments, collaborating with customers, delivering references and demos, and influencing product direction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering or hands-on coding experience.
- Strong engineering background with Python and ML/AI systems frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks.
- Ability to work directly with customers in technical consulting or solution engineering roles.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with creativity.
Responsibilities
- Embed inside customer AI engineering teams to design, prototype, and productionize AI agents using W&B Weave.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers make architectural decisions and best practices for agentic workflows.
- Develop reference implementations, demos, and example projects showing effective use of W&B Weave.
- Gather and relay feedback from the field to influence the product roadmap and improve the AI developer experience.
- Conduct technical workshops, deep dives, and enablement sessions to accelerate customer adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in customer environments.
