Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring a Specialist Field Engineer, SaaS to maximize value from the CoreWeave SaaS platform for customers. You’ll teach, architect, and build demos that drive clarity and adoption, while supporting field teams in selling and delivering the product.

You’ll work hands-on with customers in workshops, architecture reviews, and integrations, and you’ll contribute to playbooks, sample code, and reference architectures to accelerate success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proficient in Python and reading/writing code with customers.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools like Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Teach field teams through feature walkthroughs, playbooks, and demo guides.
• Align work with product and go-to-market priorities.
• Design and run customer workshops—architecture reviews and adoption sessions.
• Build reusable accelerators: reference architectures and demo assets.
• Engage deeply in high-priority customer engagements to unblock deals.
• Contribute to product with samples, integrations, and internal tools.
