Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading AI cloud platform, is hiring a Specialist Field Engineer, SaaS to help customers maximize value from our platform. You will run workshops, craft reference architectures, and build reusable demos to accelerate adoption, while supporting field teams in sales and delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, writing code and demos for customer success. Expect hands-on problem solving and fast-paced engagements in a growing AI cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, field engineering, or similar).
• Comfortable in Python and writing/reading code with customers watching.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure); comfortable across more than one.
• Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments day to day.
• Strong communicator who can explain technical ideas to engineers and executives.
• Ability to break down messy problems into clear plans with customer collaboration.
• Able to juggle multiple customers and priorities in fast-moving contexts.

Responsibilities

• Teach the field team through feature walkthroughs, playbooks, demo guides, and office hours to enable selling and delivery with confidence.
• Align work with top product and go-to-market priorities to maximize impact.
• Design and run hands‑on workshops for customers — architecture reviews, feature adoption sessions, and post-sale planning.
• Build reusable accelerators — reference architectures, sample code, demo environments, integration templates.
• Join high-priority engagements to unblock deals or prove out workflows.
• Contribute to product through examples, integrations, demo apps, and internal tools.
