Job summary

Oracle America, Inc. is seeking a Technical Analyst to deliver solutions to the customer base and act as an advocate for customer needs. You will provide strategic technical support, create automated tooling for diagnosis, and engage with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and drive product improvements.

The role involves working with Oracle Fusion SaaS/HCM modules, SQL/PL-SQL, OCI, and telemetry data to detect trends and optimize performance. Occasional telecommuting is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field plus 9 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS applications including HCM modules.
• Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Framework, Fusion Middleware, and OCI.
• Ability to design/implement diagnostic tools and leverage telemetry for issue detection.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.
