Job summary

Oracle America, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled analyst to deliver solutions to our customer base while acting as a trusted advocate. You will provide strategic technical support, create automated diagnostics, and address highly complex issues in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities include reading and debugging complex SQL/PLSQL, leveraging telemetry for performance analysis, and collaborating across product and development teams to improve support resources and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field plus 9 years of progressive experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (HCM, Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
• Ability to read, write, and debug complex SQL/PLSQL queries.
• Develop diagnostic tools to support proactive issue detection and root-cause analysis.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and SaaS architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions to Oracle customers while advocating for their needs.
• Provide strategic technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create/utilize automated tooling to diagnose, document, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Development, Product Management, and Support to drive improvements.
• Analyze telemetry and logs to identify trends and performance degradation.
• Develop and enhance product support assets and automation tools.
