Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of progressive experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS and Oracle tech stack.
• Ability to diagnose and document customer issues with telemetry data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions to Oracle customers and advocate for their needs.
• Provide strategic technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop or enhance product support assets and tooling.
• Collaborate with Development, PM, and Support Operations to drive improvements.
