Job summary

Vetsource is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Enterprise Systems to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle ERP and EPM in production. The role includes product support across Accounting, Finance, and Operations within Oracle Cloud, and is a full-time remote position.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to maintain ERP/EPM, document processes, and drive improvements. The senior analyst will engage stakeholders, prepare specifications, and support near-term close

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent job related experience/training.
• At least 7 years of work experience directly related to this position.
• Strong background in ERP and EPM systems required, Oracle Cloud preferred.
• Oracle Cloud Certification preferred for both ERP and EPM instances.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and work alongside other IT and business areas to ensure properly configured and maintained ERP and EPM systems.
• Make recommendations for improving systems and processes for all Oracle Cloud modules and instances.
• Prepare functional specifications to pass to Oracle Developers to prepare integrations and reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Interact regularly with stakeholders and users to determine needs and develop delivery plans.
• Advocate on behalf of stakeholders and represent clients' needs to senior management.
