MoEngage Inc. is hiring in the United States for an experienced customer success/solutions role. You will onboard customers, drive platform adoption, and serve as the primary contact to grow strategic accounts.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, provide CRM and mobile marketing guidance, and advise on optimal MoEngage usage. The role requires post‑sale ownership, product evangelism, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in related roles.
• Understanding of the Mobile Ecosystem & App Marketing.
• SaaS and B2B experience is a must.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and see how MoEngage can add value.
• Take ownership of the relationship post‑sales and grow the customer.
• Champion the product and be an evangelist.
• Empathy - needed in client‑facing roles with teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers with Integration support and drive adoption of MoEngage products
• Be the point of contact for Accounts and be responsible for the growth of the customer
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage account planning
• Provide relevant CRM and mobile marketing automation expertise to the Customers
• Advise clients on the most effective ways to use the MoEngage Platform
• Be a Product Evangelist, consulting the top internet companies on their growth.
• Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices
