MoEngage, a leading insights‑driven customer engagement platform, is hiring a Customer Success/Success Engineer in the United States. You will onboard customers, drive product adoption, and be the primary contact for accounts to grow the customer base.

In this role you’ll build relationships with senior stakeholders, provide CRM and mobile marketing automation expertise, and advise clients on the most effective MoEngage usage.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Understanding the mobile ecosystem and app marketing is preferred.
• SaaS and B2B experience is a must.
• Ability to translate customer needs into MoEngage value.
• Take ownership of post‑sales relationships and growth.
• Champion the product and evangelize it to clients.
• Empathy is essential in client-facing work.

Responsibilities
