Scribe is seeking its first in-house Contracts Manager to own end-to-end contracting across sales, procurement, partnerships, and marketing. You will negotiate commercial, AI, privacy and security terms with global enterprises and shape contracting processes and automation to scale the function.

The role requires 5+ years of SaaS negotiation experience, fluency in data protection frameworks, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years negotiating SaaS sell-side and vendor agreements on a global scale, including enterprise MSAs, DPAs and security/AI addenda.
• Fluent in GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act and SOC 2-type security terms; understand data flows.
• Able to negotiate professionally with counterparties and maintain mutual respect to close deals.
• Capable of explaining positions to customer counsel and AE; treats Sales as a partner.
• Hands-on with AI and agentic tools; actively uses Salesforce and seeks automation.

Aufgaben

• Own the full contracting queue from intake to signature, ensuring wins and timely close.
• Negotiate MSAs, DPAs, AI Addenda, BAAs and order forms with internal teams and customers.
• Create and disseminate playbooks, templates and collateral to enable self-serve contracting.
• Architect and launch structured contracting systems including intake and triage.
• Build post-signature compliance programs to ensure commitments are met.
• Develop data and analytics to shorten contracting cycles and unlock revenue.
