Job summary

Scribe is seeking its first in-house Contracts Manager to own contracting end-to-end across the business, including sales, procurement, partnerships and marketing. You will negotiate commercial, AI, privacy, and security terms with global enterprises and regulated buyers, while building scalable contracting processes and automation.

You will craft playbooks, standard templates, and self-serve workflows, and partner with go-to-market teams to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years negotiating SaaS sell-side and vendor agreements on a global scale at a growing SaaS/tech company.
• Experience negotiating enterprise MSAs, DPAs, and security/AI addenda with customer counsel.

Responsibilities

• Own the full contracting queue from intake to signature, ensuring deals close and deadlines are met.
• Negotiate MSAs, DPAs, AI addenda, BAAs and order forms with customer counsel and internal teams.
• Create and ship playbooks, contracting collateral, and templates to enable self-serve contracting.
• Architect and launch structured contracting systems, including intake and triage workflows.
• Build a post-signature compliance program to ensure commitments are met.
• Develop data and analytics to reduce contracting cycles and unlock revenue.
