Job summary

Scribe, based in San Francisco, seeks its first in‑house Contracts Manager to own end‑to‑end contracting across sales, procurement, partnerships and marketing. You’ll negotiate enterprise MSAs, DPAs, AI addenda, BAAs and order forms with counsel and internal teams, while building scalable processes.

You’ll create playbooks, implement intake and review automation, and establish post‑signature compliance to ensure commitments are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years negotiating SaaS sell-side and vendor agreements.
• Experience with Fortune 500 MSAs, DPAs and security addenda.
• Fluent in GDPR/CCPA and data protection frameworks.
• Proven ability to negotiate with counsel and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the contracting queue from intake to signature.
• Negotiate MSAs, DPAs, AI addenda with customer counsel and teams.
• Create playbooks and templates to enable self-serve contracting.
• Architect and launch intake and triage systems for drafting.
• Build post-signature compliance program.
• Develop data framework to reduce contracting cycles and unlock revenue.
