Job summary

Brynson is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Manager to own strategic client relationships across Brynson's platform. This role sits at the intersection of clients, product, data, integrations, and technology, translating complex concepts into language executives and operational users understand.

You will lead onboarding, manage multiple stakeholders, investigate data discrepancies, and drive enterprise adoption. Hybrid role based in New York with compensation in the range of $125,000–$150,000.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in client‑facing B2B SaaS or technology.
• Experience directly owning complex client relationships, implementations, or strategic workstreams.
• Strong technical and data fluency with API, integrations, and data mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and operational users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships across a portfolio of Brynson's strategic and enterprise clients and lead meetings and executive conversations.
• Independently investigate client questions involving data discrepancies, integrations, and platform behavior.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation workstreams from kickoff through launch, ensuring success criteria are met.
• Serve as a bridge between clients and Product/Engineering, translating needs into clearly defined requirements.
• Identify recurring client friction and help build scalable processes and playbooks.
