Brynson in New York seeks a Senior Client Solutions Manager to own strategic client relationships across Brynson’s SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of clients, product, data, integrations, and technology, translating complex concepts into clear plans and actions.

You will lead onboarding, manage multi-stakeholder engagements, and drive adoption by proving how Brynson delivers value while navigating data and system challenges with executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in client‑facing B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven track record owning complex client relationships and implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships across strategic and enterprise clients.
• Lead client meetings, trainings, and implementation discussions.
• Coordinate with product and engineering on issues requiring deep technical work.
• Identify risks and drive them toward resolution.
• Onboard and implement client projects from kickoff to launch.
• Drive adoption by helping clients understand Brynson's value and workflows.
