Brynson is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to support onboarding, audits, and vendor coordination for its SaaS and managed services teams. You will work directly with clients and partners, keeping projects moving and ensuring accurate account information across systems.
Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable learning new software. This remote US role offers exposure to growth and ongoing process improvement within a fast-moving environment.
Brynson is a SaaS company modernizing how multifamily owners and operators manage listing accuracy, fee transparency, portfolio data, and digital performance.
Our platform, Brynsights™, brings together data and workflows that have traditionally lived across disconnected systems, websites, vendors, and manual processes. We combine software, automation, AI, and deep industry expertise to help multifamily teams work more accurately and efficiently at scale.
We are growing quickly, and our Client Success team supports both our SaaS platform and managed services business.
We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator who can bring structure, speed, and follow-through to a busy Client Success team.
You will work closely with our Client Success Managers and help keep client work moving across onboarding, open requests, audits, vendors, documentation, and follow-up. You will own real work, communicate directly with clients and partners, learn our products and systems, and help make the team more organized and efficient.
We want someone who is naturally organized and proactive. If something is due next week, you are already thinking about it. If a request has been sitting open, you notice. If a recurring task can be made easier with a better tracker, template, or process, you improve it.
