Brynson is a SaaS company modernizing how multifamily owners and operators manage listing accuracy, fee transparency, portfolio data, and digital performance. We are growing quickly, and our Client Success team supports both our SaaS platform and managed services.

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who can take real ownership—own client relationships across onboarding through ongoing delivery, adoption, problem-solving, and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing experience in B2B SaaS or similar.
• Experience owning customer relationships and accountability for experience.
• Strong client communication and meeting leadership.
• Hands-on onboarding, implementation, or delivery.
• Experience in startup/scale-up with evolving roles.
• Proven ability to build or improve onboarding processes or playbooks.
• Strong judgment and follow-through.
• Comfort learning complex software across multiple systems.
• Ability to manage several clients and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and strategic relationships for a portfolio of clients.
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and implementation coordination.
• Keep commitments, projects, open issues, and recurring deliverables moving.
• Own client issues through resolution with Product and Engineering.
• Lead meetings, manage difficult conversations, set expectations clearly.
• Understand account health and opportunities to improve adoption and value.
• Help improve playbooks, workflows, and processes to scale Client Success.
