We are growing quickly, and our Client Success team supports both our SaaS platform and managed services business. This role helps keep client work moving across onboarding, audits, vendors, documentation, and follow-up. You will own real work, communicate with clients and partners, and help make the team more organized and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Client Success or similar roles.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fast, responsive, and dependable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Able to manage a high volume of open work and follow-ups.
• Good judgment on what to escalate.
• Quick to learn new software, tools, and processes.
• Proactive — take the next step without prompting.
• Adaptable in a growing company with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding, audits, and documentation.
• Manage open requests and follow-ups across multiple accounts.
• Communicate with clients and external partners regularly.
• Maintain accurate HubSpot records and trackers.
• Own recurring client processes, audits, and reporting.
• Support CSMs to surface attention before issues arise.
• Create better checklists and templates to improve workflows.
