Hadrian in Los Angeles is hiring a Manager of Sales & Operations Planning to establish the S&OP function and build the team behind it. You will design a data-driven planning framework that aligns customer demand, supply capability, financial objectives, and execution across sites.

The role requires leading governance, analytics, and performance management for the S&OP process, with collaboration across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, or IBP processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the S&OP process across platforms and sites.
• Establish governance, cadence, and decision forums for enterprise alignment.
• Partner with executive leadership to align demand, supply, sales, and financial plans.
• Lead monthly S&OP reviews with clear accountability and outcomes.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and reporting to drive data-based decisions.
• Own site allocation strategy and balance capacity, capability, and lead times across the network.
• Define sellable capacity and model capacity scenarios for strategic planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop the S&OP team and foster a culture of accountability.
