Hadrian in Los Angeles is hiring a Sr. Manager of Production Planning & Scheduling to own factory-side execution from scheduling to on-time delivery. You will establish standard work, drive capacity and sequencing decisions, and partner with site GMs to turn plans into action on the shop floor.

You will build and refine scheduling methodologies, lead a growing team of planners, and ensure data integrity across schedules to enable reliable production commitments across the network.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and MES systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Mansioni

• Own discrete production scheduling and job sequencing across work centers to maximize on-time delivery and throughput.
• Own work order release to the floor and control what work is released and when.
• Set and manage priority and milestone dates, establish rules for runs when priorities conflict.
• Own data integrity for schedules and dates in the system and maintain accurate MRP schedules.
• Build daily/weekly scheduling cadence and standard work across sites.
• Translate network allocation and capacity plans into an executable factory schedule.
• Partner with site General Managers to align on priorities and execution.
• Establish tracking for work order progress and escalate risks on exceptions.
