Job summary

Hadrian is building a scalable S&OP function to align demand, supply, and financial plans across multiple sites. The Manager will design the planning framework, set governance, and drive enterprise alignment with senior leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in planning roles, strong analytics, and the ability to hire and lead a team to scale the S&OP process with measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, or IBP processes.
• Deep understanding of demand planning, capacity planning, inventory management, master scheduling, and supply chain execution.
• Experience leading teams and developing planning talent.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Ability to operate strategically while also driving tactical execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the S&OP process across platforms and sites.
• Own site allocation strategy balancing capacity, capability, and lead time.
• Model network capacity scenarios and advise on reallocation ahead of constraints.
• Define sellable capacity and publish capacity across the network.
• Lead, coach, and develop a planning team and establish standard work and governance.
