Hadrian, a leader in autonomous manufacturing, seeks a People Strategy & Planning Manager to own hiring plans, align Finance, Recruiting, and Program leadership, and drive a trusted planning cycle. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering a clear plan that supports rapid growth.

You will structure ambiguity, manage cycles to deadlines, and secure buy-in across People, Finance, Engineering, and Program leadership, delivering decisions that move the business forward.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a structured problem-solving environment with program ownership
• Exceptional stakeholder management with senior leaders
• Strong project management fundamentals and cross-functional planning

Responsibilities

• Own the headcount planning program end to end across bottoms-up and tops-down inputs
• Collaborate with engineering and program leadership to translate demand into role-level needs
• Work with Finance to cost and reconcile the plan against the budget, producing a forecasted headcount view
• Hand plans to Recruiting Operations to enable requisitions and data reporting
• Program manage monthly cadence with People Partners and Recruiting Leads, ensuring alignment
• Coordinate with Workplace Services to align hiring plans with physical capacity
• Drive change management: cadence, intake, artifacts and communications to improve adoption
• Provide leadership with clear status, risk signals, and actionable tradeoffs to executives
