Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Manager of Sales & Operations Planning to establish the S&OP function and build the team behind it. You will design a data-driven planning framework that aligns customer demand, supply capability, financial objectives, and operational execution, and determine where parts are manufactured to balance capacity, cost, and delivery across sites.

The role reports to senior leadership and collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Quality, Engineering, and Program

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, operations planning, or integrated business planning processes.
• Deep understanding of demand planning, capacity planning, inventory management, master scheduling, supply chain execution, and operational performance.
• Experience leading teams and developing planning talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a scalable S&OP process from the ground up across all platforms and sites.
• Establish enterprise wide S&OP governance, cadence, standard work, and decision making forums.
• Partner with executive leadership to align demand, supply, sales, capacity, and financial plans.
• Lead monthly S&OP reviews and ensure clear accountability for actions, owners, and outcomes.
• Build analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to drive fact-based decision making.
