Hadrian is hiring its first Sr. Manager of Production Planning & Scheduling to own factory-side execution and drive on-time delivery across the network. You will own discrete scheduling, sequencing, and the daily cadence that supports the S&OP function and site management.

You will build scheduling standards, work with GMs on priorities, and lead a team to ensure accurate, executable plans. This role blends hands-on scheduling with strategic capacity improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Deep understanding of production scheduling, sequencing, priority management, master scheduling, and capacity/OTD drivers.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling/ERP/MES systems and strong analytical/data visualization skills.

Aufgaben

• Own discrete production scheduling and job sequencing across work centers to maximize on-time delivery and throughput.
• Own work order release to the floor and control what work is released and when.
• Set and manage priority and milestone dates, establish clear rules for what runs when, and make trade-off calls when priorities conflict.
• Maintain data integrity for schedules and dates in the system and drive accurate MRP schedules.
• Build daily/weekly scheduling cadence and standard work for site alignment.
• Translate network allocation and capacity plans into an executable factory schedule.
• Partner with site General Managers to align on priorities and execution.
• Establish tracking for work order progress and surface risks early to drive recovery.
