Hadrian is seeking a Sr. Manager of Production Planning & Scheduling to own factory scheduling and on-time delivery across the network.

You will lead discrete scheduling, sequencing, and priority decisions, partnering with site General Managers to turn plans into executable execution on the floor. You’ll establish scheduling standards, build the cadence for daily/weekly execution, and drive capacity improvements with S&OP alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in production planning/scheduling.
• Experience leading planning teams and driving on-time delivery.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Own discrete production scheduling and job sequencing across work centers to maximize on-time delivery and throughput.
• Own work order release to the floor and control what work is released and when.
• Set and manage priority and milestone dates, establish clear rules for what runs when, and make trade-off calls when priorities conflict.
• Own data integrity for schedules and dates in the system and maintain accurate MRP schedules.
• Build daily/weekly scheduling cadence and standard work across sites.
